60sec.trade
Terms
The rules every contract, account and payment on 60sec.trade follows. Read them before you trade with real money.

1. Who we are
60sec.trade is operated by Operating company: not yet published. In these terms, “we” means that operator and “you” means the person using 60sec.trade.
Licence and regulatory statement: not yet published
2. Who can use real money
Real-money trading is offered only where we are permitted to offer it, and only to people who are legally able to enter into it where they live. It is your responsibility to check that it is legal for you.
Restricted countries: List of restricted jurisdictions: not yet published
Demo mode is open to everyone and never involves money.
3. Accounts
- An account needs an email address and a password. Keep your password private; anything done with your session is treated as done by you.
- Adding or removing a payout address asks for your password again, and we email you whenever one changes.
- Changing your password signs you out of every other session.
- We can lock, disable or close an account. Locking an account signs out every session on it.
4. Demo funds
Demo mode starts with $10,000 in virtual funds. Demo funds have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and can never become real money. Demo and real balances are kept in separate ledgers. You can reset a demo balance to $10,000 when no demo trade is open.
5. Contracts
A contract is a call on whether a market’s reference price will be higher or lower when the contract expires.
- Entry price: the reference price at the moment we accept the trade.
- Exit price: the reference price at the moment of expiry.
- Exit higher than entry: Up wins. Exit lower: Down wins. Exit equal to entry: the stake is returned.
- If no reliable reference price exists at expiry, the contract is void and the stake is returned.
- A winning contract pays the fixed amount shown before you confirm. A losing contract pays nothing and the stake is lost.
- Lengths, stake limits, the payout and the number of contracts you may have open are shown in the terminal and on our home page, as the system currently enforces them.
You can close an open contract before expiry at the value we quote at that moment, or set a take-profit or stop-loss level that closes it at the quoted value when reached. A quoted value can be lower than your stake.
Every contract is opened, priced and settled on our servers. Nothing your browser shows can change a result. Each settlement is recorded together with the market data, methodology and ledger entries behind it.
6. The reference price
The reference price is the median of independent exchanges’ public market data, after excluding prices that stray too far from the others or come from a source that has gone silent. If too few sources agree, no price is set and no contract opens. We are not affiliated with these exchanges. The method and its current parameters are published on our home page.
7. Deposits
- Deposits are in USDT on the BEP20 network only. The minimum deposit is $10.
- A deposit is credited after 15 network confirmations and a review.
- Check the network and address before sending. Funds sent on another network or in another token are not deposits.
8. Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is $10. A $1 network fee applies.
- Withdrawals are reviewed and sent within 7 days to a payout address on your account.
- An address with a withdrawal in progress cannot be removed until it completes.
9. Referrals
If you join through someone’s referral link, they may earn a commission on your real-money trading. We pay it from our own revenue; it never changes your terms, payouts or results.
10. Signal
Signal reports measurable changes in a market. It is not advice and not a forecast, and it can be wrong. Its results are published as they are scored.
11. Public proofs and Trader Cards
Sharing is off until you turn it on. Public proofs and Trader Cards cover demo trades only, and you can withdraw a proof at any time.
12. Risk
Short-term trading is high risk. You can lose the amount you trade. Read the risk disclosure.
13. Changes and law
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law: Governing law and courts: not yet published
14. Contact
